Works consisted of removing and disposal of existing kitchen units & fittings and work to remove a small section of wall to make flush surface for new kitchen wall units.  Internal insulation to front wall where it was found to be single skin of brickwork.  Removal of existing electrical installation and fitting of new including recessed ceiling spotlights and under cupboard lighting.  New skirting and architraves to match.  Fitting of kitchen wall and base units and appliances, including plumbing and boxing in of boiler and pipework. Fully tiled splash back around walls and full redecoration.  This project was completed in a short timescale due to clients requirement to be completed whilst on holiday this also meant we had to take some decisions on the clients behalf.  The client was delighted with the outcome which was completed on time and in budget.
